As the Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for (alongside the Operations Manager) the effective, efficient, and safe management of Downhill Karting operations. This role requires problem-solving and collaborative leadership to foster a positive team culture. Your input will bring out the best performance possible from our team and the best experience for our customers.
We’re looking for a positive, energetic, and self-motivated team player who is flexible with working different hours, as this role requires rostered shifts largely over weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
The ideal candidate will bring scheduling/ rostering experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, the ability to function and collaborate with different departments and external parties, the ability to stay calm and focused in trying and stressful situations and someone who has worked in and managed a large team previously.
We are hiring for a full-time, fixed-term position starting early to mid-May. The applicant should be available to work until mid-October.
