General

  • Retail prices are updated as of 1st April 2025 and are valid until 13th October 2025. 
  • All rates are in local currency and include relevant taxes. 
  • Downhill Karting by Skyline Luge Calgary reserves the right to alter published prices at any time. 
  • Downhill Karting by Skyline Luge Calgary reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the code of conduct to leave without a refund. 
  • Please note that age/ height restrictions apply for children to ride the track solo. 
  • Weather checks will be given on tickets when weather causes our operation to close for more than 30 minutes. Weather check will allow riders to complete their unused or remaining rides at another time. 
  • Please note, management accepts no responsibility for property stolen or damaged.

Ticketing

Tickets purchased online in 2024 are only valid for the 2024 Downhill Karting season.

Standard Tickets

  • Change of booking:
    • Up to 12 hours before your scheduled booking: $15 admin fee.
    • One change per ticket only.
  • Refund available up to 48 hours before your booking slot.

Flexi Tickets

  • Change of booking with Flexi-Ticket:
    • Changes can be made free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled booking time.
    • One change per ticket only.
  • Refund available up to 12 hours before your booking slot.

Code of Conduct:

Comply with all track signs and warnings. Follow all instructions and directions from Karting staff.

You must be at least 110cm in height and 6 years old to be eligible to ride the Downhill Kart alone.

To ride the chair you must be at least 85cm, be able to walk unassisted and able to follow instruction from staff.

Do not ride the Downhill Kart if your ability or judgement is impaired through use of alcohol or drugs.

Long hair, loose or trailing clothing, bags, backpacks or items, are hazardous and must be secured.

Helmets must be worn at all times while on the Kart track.

Handheld devices must not be used at any time during chairlift and Kart ride.

Do not ride with one hand as it limits control of the Kart.

Do not put your feet outside of the Kart foot-well unless completely stopped.

To slow or stop the Kart pull handlebars back toward you. Do not stop by pushing handlebars forward.

Remain in control of Kart speed and direction at all times. Make sure you can stop and avoid any person or obstacle.

Do not bump into other Karts. Do not skid the Kart wheels. Racing in groups is not allowed.

Give way to people downhill and choose a course that ensures their safety.

Do not stop on the track unless you’re visible to riders above. If stuck, move to the side of the track so you’re not a hazard to others.
